Locating your items

If you have lost something within the last few days, please use the Route Finder below and contact the relevant bus depot.

Bus depots are open Monday – Friday, 9am until 4pm. When you call, it is useful to let us know which route you were travelling on as well as the date and time of your journey.

If you have lost something and it has been with us for more than 2 working days, it will have been securely sent to Transport for London - please contact Transport for London's Lost Property Office.
