Lost Property on London services
Lost Property is held at our bus garages for about 1 week, after which it is forwarded to Transport for London’s lost property office. If you have lost something within a week, please call our Customer Care Team on 020 7788 8550 who will contact the operating garage and endeavour to locate your property. Alternatively you can email them at customer.care@abellio.co.uk
