Battersea Depot

Based in the heart of Battersea, serving Londoners across the city.

This large central London depot is home to some iconic London bus routes and is the centre for Abellio bus driver training and our ibus operations.

Over 450 people are based here. Roles include operations, engineering, performance and HR.

Welcome to Battersea

Welcome to our busy central London depot just around the corner from the amazing Battersea Power Station. We've got a great team here, and some fantastic routes that take drivers past iconic London sights, like the Houses of Parliament, every day.

As a training centre we support people at the start of their careers here at Battersea, and are proud to have some of our most experienced drivers based here too. This is where our careers and HR teams work, our dedicated ibus teams work here too, and we have an incredibly talented group of engineers who keep our buses on the road.

Welcome to Beddington

Our Beddington depot is very close to the busy Croydon retail district - which has excellent transport connections.

This depot was opened in 2000, and in 2022 the depot team were finalists in the UK Bus Awards for the London Bus Garage of the year.

Our friendly teams based at Beddington are dedicated to keeping customers in South East London moving.

Welcome to the newest Transport UK London Bus depot. Hayes opened in 2022 and is a purpose-built depot designed to support modern bus transport.

We have a fantastic team here and are proud to serve this corner of West London.

Hayes is home to a growing electric bus infrastructure and delivers key bus routes, including routes to Heathrow airport and vital local routes.

Welcome to our purpose built, modern bus depot, close to the centre of Southall.

Our Southall depot opened in 2019 and brought new opportunities, new jobs and new bus routes to this area.

Welcome to Twickenham

Just around the corner from Fulwell train station and close to great transport links, our Twickenham depot is a little piece of South West London history. Originally opened as a tram depot in 1903 this site is the one for you if you are interested in the history of transport. Twickenham is also home to some of our newest and most advanced electric buses.

Our teams love working in this beautiful part of outer London, some of our routes take customers through the lovely areas of Barnes, Kew, Putney and Richmond beside the river Thames.

Walworth Depot

Based in Camberwell, serving customers throughout London.

Welcome to our easily accessible, central depot in the heart of Camberwell. Walworth was originally opened as a tram depot in the 1890's and has a long history of serving customers across busy local and central London routes.

Our depot and our fantastic teams sit at the heart of a vibrant community, and they have been leading the way in sustainable travel by introducing the latest technology to operate Transport UK London Bus's fleet of electric buses.
