Abellio London Bus turned London pink on 20 October as employees raised awareness and funds for breast cancer research.
Teams across Abellio’s six London depots added a splash of pink to shirts, hats, mugs and nail polish to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer charities. You could even spot a pink bus on Route 27!
Wear it Pink Day is a yearly event organised by Breast Cancer Now that has been happening for over 20 years; it takes place during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The day is supported by Transport for London; it is a great fundraising opportunity and a chance for Abellio teams to learn more about spotting the signs of cancer.
