If you have lost a personal item aboard one of our bus services, let us know right away. Lost Property is picked up from our depot’s twice a week, it is then forwarded to Transport for London’s lost property office.
If you have lost something within the last few days, please contact the relevant bus depot.
Bus depots are open Monday – Friday, 9am until 4pm. When you call, it is useful to let us know which route you were travelling on as well as the date and time of your journey.
If you have lost something and it has been with us for more than two working days, it will have been securely sent to Transport for London - please contact TfL's Lost Property Office 0343 2221234.
